At LazyBees, your satisfaction matters. If you’ve received a defective item or the wrong product, we’re here to make it right.

🛍️ Return Eligibility


We accept returns only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • You contact us within 4 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags

  • refund will be credited in 6-7 business days to the original bank account 

    return replacement  damage request must be raised in 4 business days 

    once we receive the request for return / replacement / damage we will delivery new product in 7 business days

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products ordered in the correct size/design with no defects

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Returns requested after 4 days of delivery

🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us at [ lazybees24@gmail.com] with your order number, product image, and issue details.

  2. Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if eligible.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process:

    • A replacement or

    • A refund (if a replacement isn’t available)

🕒 Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 4 days of delivery. No exceptions after this period.
