No Return / No Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
For such cases, customers may be required to provide:

Clear photographs of the received product
Photographs of the outer packaging
A complete unboxing video, if available
Order number and delivery details
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Customers are requested to check the product carefully immediately after delivery. Once the product has been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery due to customer handling, we will not be responsible for any return or refund.
Refunds
